Estimated delivery
- Warp 9 wheel builder orders: 2–6 weeks. This covers the Supermoto, E-Moto, and Tubeless Forged builders.
- Other wheel kits: 6–8 weeks. These ship directly from overseas. Tracking can pause during customs or carrier handoffs.
Before your wheels ship
Review the bike fitment and wheel configuration on your confirmation. If anything looks off, contact us promptly with your order number and the details that need correcting.
Before installation
Inspect the wheels and hardware when they arrive. Confirm the front and rear parts match your order before mounting tires or installing the wheels. If anything is damaged, missing, or doesn’t match, take photos and contact us before installation.
