After you order
- Check your confirmation for the bike model, configuration, and shipping address. Contact us promptly if anything needs correcting.
- Keep an eye on your email for tracking and delivery updates. Tracking can pause during international transit, customs, or carrier handoffs.
- If the carrier contacts you to arrange delivery, confirm the appointment and make sure someone can receive the bike.
When your bike arrives
Inspect the packaging and bike for visible damage. Take photos and contact us promptly if anything is damaged or missing. Follow the manufacturer’s setup and pre-ride checks before riding.
